According to the state registry of legal entities, the Shirshov Foundation was registered by the Chui-Bishkek Department of Justice on June 2, 2026. Alexey Yuryevich Shirshov is listed as the founder and director of the organization. The foundation’s legal address is 1, Igemberdiev Street, Bishkek.

Public sources have not yet disclosed the specific projects the new organization will be involved in.
