Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC will be allowed to export fuel oil produced by the company exclusively to fulfill contracts concluded before July 13, 2026. The total permitted volume is 4,212.486 tons.

In addition, naphtha, fuel oil and heating oil may be exported for processing outside Kyrgyzstan’s customs territory by a Cabinet of Ministers decision, provided that the resulting products are subsequently imported back into the country.

Another exception applies to oil and petroleum products transported through Kyrgyzstan under the customs transit regime. Such shipments will be permitted subject to a corresponding instruction from the Cabinet of Ministers.

The resolution will enter into force on the date of its official publication.
