The accident occurred on July 21 at around 11.55 a.m. at the 111th kilometer of the North—South alternative highway.

Preliminary information indicates that a Mercedes-Benz and a Daewoo Matiz collided.

The driver of the Daewoo Matiz, identified as I.N., 68, and a passenger D.A. died at the scene from their injuries.

The driver and passengers of the Mercedes-Benz sustained various injuries and were taken to the Kochkor District Hospital.

The case materials were registered and an investigation was launched to determine the causes and circumstances of the road accident.
