According to the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of Kyrgyzstan, the selection of candidates for the allocated quota places will be conducted by the Osh State University.

This year, Kyrgyz applicants can apply for bachelor’s degree programs in the following fields:

Water Management and Land Reclamation — 2 places;

Ecology and Environmental Protection — 2 places;

To participate in the competitive selection, applicants must submit an application form, a copy of their diploma or certificate of secondary general or vocational education, a copy of their passport, a medical certificate in the prescribed form in Russian, and six color photographs measuring 3.5 × 4.5 cm.

As part of the selection process, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in their chosen language of instruction and take tests in two specialized subjects. The examination is graded on a five-point scale.

Instruction at universities in Uzbekistan is conducted in Uzbek and Russian. Since education in Uzbek is conducted using the Latin script, applicants’ knowledge of the Latin alphabet will also be taken into account.

Applications will be accepted until August 22, 2026.

The entrance examinations will be held at 8 a.m. on August 24 at the main building of the Osh State University.
