To ensure medical safety, medical posts, mobile medical units and a mobile hospital will be deployed, while ambulance teams will be strengthened.

The Emergency Situations Ministry will provide a mobile hospital for the events. It will be used to provide necessary medical assistance and respond promptly in the event of emergencies.

More than 600 medical workers are expected to be involved, including primary healthcare specialists, doctors, employees of the Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, as well as ambulance crews.

An operational headquarters is functioning at the Health Ministry to ensure round-the-clock coordination of medical services. A reserve of medical teams, medicines, medical equipment and personal protective equipment has also been formed.

Particular attention is being paid to the readiness of healthcare facilities to provide emergency care in the event of mass casualties, infectious and non-infectious threats, poisoning, injuries and other emergencies.

Sanitary and epidemiological monitoring is being carried out at accommodation, catering and recreation facilities, as well as of drinking water quality and other sites relevant to ensuring the safety of participants and guests of the international events.
