According to the municipality, the reinforced concrete frame of the building’s basement has been completed, and construction workers have begun installing the first-floor columns and preparing for the concrete pouring of the interfloor slabs.

The Cultural Center will house a 420-seat cinema, a 330-seat exhibition hall, music and theater rooms, a food court, and multifunctional spaces for cultural and social events. The project includes construction of a three-story building with a total floor area of ​​7,500 square meters on a 0.4-hectare site. Parking for 92 cars will be located nearby.

Earlier, the Bishkek City Hall promised to complete construction of the center in September of this year.
