According to available information, the foreign citizens organized the arrival of foreign women in the Kyrgyz Republic for their subsequent exploitation in the provision of intimate services. The suspects allegedly were searching clients, provided housing for the women, organized their transportation to the meeting places, and distributed the proceeds.

A criminal case has been opened on this matter.

During investigative and operational-search activities at an address in the capital, two foreign citizens—H.T.NG., 30, and C.L.A., 30—as well as foreign national ZH.W., 31, were identified and brought to the Department of Internal Affairs of Pervomaisky district.

During the investigation, cash in the amount of $400 was discovered and seized, which was added to the criminal case file as evidence. Furthermore, during an urgent search of the defendants’ residence, cash and other items relevant to the investigation were seized.

ZH.W., 31, was detained under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek. The court ordered his pretrial detention for two months in pretrial detention center No. 1. He has been charged under Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, «Aiding Prostitution and Debauchery.»

Further investigative and operational-search measures are currently underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident and identify other individuals involved in the illegal activity.

The Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek reminds that organizing and assisting activities related to the exploitation of a person, as well as violations of immigration laws, entail liability under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
