According to the Traffic Safety Department of the Issyk-Kul Regional Police Department, sections of Balykchy—Ananyevo—Karakol road will be temporarily closed at certain times. The exact schedule and duration of the restrictions have not yet been announced.

Drivers are advised to avoid long-distance trips unless necessary. The greatest difficulties are expected for trucks, agricultural machinery, and other oversized vehicles.

During the competition days, motorists are recommended to use an alternative route along the southern shore of the lake — Balykchy—Bokonbaevo—Karakol road through Ton and Jeti-Oguz districts.

The Kyrgyzstan Grand Prix will take place from July 31 to August 2. Issyk-Kul will host a F1H2O World Championship round for the first time, becoming the first venue for the tournament in Central Asia.
