In early 2026, D.N.I., pursuing his own selfish interests and based on a fictitious service contract with an individual entrepreneur, embezzled a large sum of money, thereby causing damage to the state budget.
The detainee has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS. Investigation is currently underway to identify similar instances of illegal activity and the individuals involved.
