The Internal Affairs Department of Osh region stated that information about the death of a young man, 22, was received at around 11:30 p.m. Senior officials from the regional and district police departments, along with an investigative team, were dispatched to the scene.

Preliminary reports indicate that around 11 p.m., a verbal altercation broke out between the victim and his acquaintance, a 22-year-old T.R. During the conflict, the suspect allegedly inflicted fatal injuries using a sharp object and then fled the scene.

The victim died before reaching the hospital.

A criminal case has been opened under the article «Murder.» The suspect was detained shortly after the incident and placed in a temporary detention facility.

Investigative and forensic examinations are ongoing.
