According to the institute, an earthquake with an intensity of about magnitude 4 occurred at 1:08 a.m. on August 20.
The epicenter was located in Kyrgyzstan, 13 kilometers southeast of Kyzyl-Beyit village, 20 kilometers east of Razan Sai village, 23 kilometers southwest of the city of Kara-Kul and 25 kilometers north of Mailuu-Suu.
The earthquake had an intensity of about magnitude 2.5 in Kyzyl-Beyit village.
