The updated list now includes publishing of creative products, production of designer clothing, footwear and leather goods, organization of film festivals, as well as impresario agencies representing authors, performers and other creative industry professionals.

The amendments also add startup accelerators and business incubators supporting emerging entrepreneurs, along with training courses in programming, IT product development, robotics, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, and video game development.

In addition, the revised rules clarify that companies engaged in software development, databases, website creation, and cybersecurity solutions may qualify as park residents, excluding state-owned organizations.

Similar clarifications were introduced for architectural design activities, with the preferential regime not applying to state-affiliated organizations and construction companies.

The resolution will enter into force in ten days.
