According to the Ministry of Construction, the project is being financed from the local budget. The total cost amounts to 159 million soms.

The reconstruction is being carried out by the state enterprise Kyrgyzkurulush. Demolition of the existing structures has already been completed, while the main restoration and repair works are currently underway.

The minister instructed officials to ensure the proper quality of construction work, preserve the site’s historical and architectural heritage, and complete the reconstruction on schedule in accordance with the approved timeline.

According to the master plan, the museum complex consists of three buildings with a total area of 1,316 square meters. The project includes renovation of the building’s interior, improvement of its architectural appearance, and full modernization of engineering and utility networks.

Work on installing fencing around the site is currently ongoing. At the same time, installation of wastewater treatment facilities has already been completed.
