According to the ministry, at around 10:40 p.m. on May 24, water from overflowing irrigation channels entered the basements of buildings No. 16 on Razzakov Street and No. 19a on Salieva Street.

Rescue team and a rapid response group from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.

A total of 11 personnel were involved in responding to the consequences.

Rescuers carried out water pumping operations and worked to eliminate the effects of the flooding.

Specialists currently continue to assess the situation and determine the extent of the damage caused.
