The suppliers and vaccines must meet specific requirements regarding quality, storage and transportation.

The influenza vaccine must contain the virus strains recommended by the World Health Organization for the 2027–2028 season and be supplied in 0.5 ml pre-filled syringe doses.

For the prevention of meningococcal disease, a polysaccharide ACYW135 vaccine is required.

Both vaccines shall be registered in Kyrgyzstan. One of the tender requirements is that the vaccines must have been used in the country during the past three years and have positive track records. Suppliers must also provide an original authorization letter from the manufacturer.

Strict requirements have been set for the cold chain: the vaccines must be stored and transported at temperatures between +2°C and +8°C. Thermally insulated containers must be used during transportation. The supplier has to deliver the vaccines within 30 days of signing the contract.

Tender participants shall have experience fulfilling at least two similar contracts for the supply of vaccines and medicines over the past three years. They shall also have no outstanding tax debt, convictions for economic crimes, conflicts of interest with the contracting authority, and no records in the register of unreliable suppliers.

Applications will be accepted from August 21 until 5 p.m. on September 18. The tender will be held on September 23 at 10 a.m. at the SDMK headquarters.
