After all procedures are completed, the SMC’s total capital will reach 118.2 billion soms.

The company will reportedly issue additional 51,935 shares worth 100,000 soms each. This entire stake will be purchased by the SMC’s sole shareholder—the Presidential Affairs Department of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is noted that the shares will be paid for not only in cash (5,193.5 billion soms), but also in property (apartments, a departmental residential building, and land plots).

The meeting participants also approved the auditor of the SMC’s financial statements for 2026 and projects implemented jointly with the Asian Development Bank. The independent company Benchmark Advisory & Assurance will conduct the audit. It will be paid 2.03 million soms for its work.
