According to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Chui region, the dispute between young people began with a verbal altercation and subsequently escalated into a fight. The participants then began pursuing each other in cars. According to eyewitnesses, shots were heard during the chase, and stones were thrown at the cars.

As a result of the incident, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter minibus was damaged: its windows and side mirrors were broken.

A criminal case has been opened under the article "Hooliganism." Five vehicles were also seized as part of the investigation.
