According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, a criminal case has been opened on charges of fraud.

During the investigation, police identified and detained a 26-year-old man. He was engaged in activating mobile numbers and selling accounts. Law enforcement officials established that these numbers were used by scammers to contact the victim and carry out the theft.
