According to the municipality, a 1.5-kilometer section is planned for reconstruction. Upon completion, the street will be widened to four lanes, and the roadway will be 20 meters wide.

The project also includes the construction of two sidewalks and a new irrigation system. ABK Gold is the contractor.

As part of the second phase of the reconstruction, Bezymyannaya Street will be upgraded to the Northern Bypass Road—an 800-meter section.

Aibek Dzhunushaliev ordered to complete all work before the start of the new school year to minimize inconvenience for residents and road users. City services should also work with the owners of properties that fall within the reconstruction zone.
