The head of the Cabinet inspected the condition of the Leilek General Medical Practice Center. According to medical staff, the internal medicine department was closed in 2025 due to the building’s dilapidated condition and relocated to the second floor of the main building. Consequently, the doctors raised the issue of constructing a separate building for the internal medicine and neurology departments.

Following his visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed relevant government agencies to prepare proposals to address the issue.

During his visit, the Cabinet Chairman also visited Mega Gazoblok KG plant in the village of Bulak-Bashy, which produces autoclaved aerated concrete blocks using German technology. The company produces environmentally friendly building materials and has a daily capacity of up to 1,200 cubic meters.

According to Adylbek Kasymaliev, the launch of such production facilities contributes to the economic development of border communities and the creation of new jobs.

In addition, the Cabinet Chairman inspected the construction and improvement of the new villages of Razzakov and Maksat in Kulunda rural area.

It is reported that 39 million soms from the Stabilization Fund of Kyrgyzstan were allocated for the construction of water supply and sewerage systems in the village of Razzakov, and 15 million soms in the village of Maksat. Both facilities are now operational.

In Razzakov, paving of 2.4 kilometers of roads has also been completed, and the installation of curbs and drainage channels is ongoing. In Maksat, the foundation has been prepared for laying over one kilometer of asphalt.

During a meeting with local residents, Adylbek Kasymaliev answered their questions and emphasized the need to create comfortable conditions for residents relocating to new settlements. He instructed that construction of social facilities be completed efficiently and on time.
