Kyrgyzstan extradited a foreign national who was on the international wanted list to France. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the extradition was carried out in accordance with Kyrgyzstan’s international obligations under the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and based on the principle of reciprocity.
