It is noted that shares accounted for the majority of the issues: 42 issues of shares of open joint-stock companies (OJSCs) and 38 issues of shares of closed joint-stock companies (CJSCs) were registered. The corporate bond sector in the first half of the year was represented by one issue of registered bonds of a private company (LLC) for 100 million soms.

According to the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service, foreign investment in corporate securities of Kyrgyz issuers amounted to 11,919.6 billion soms. The majority of this investment—11.6 billion soms—came from non-CIS countries, with only 279.6 million soms coming from neighboring countries.

As of June 30, 2026, at least 56 companies were listed on the country’s stock exchanges. The agency emphasizes that the growing number of listed companies confirms businesses’ interest in raising funds through official platforms.
