The next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council is taking place on August 6-7 with the participation of the prime ministers of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and heads of delegations of observer states. At the meeting, it is planned to discuss the development of trade and economic cooperation, industrial cooperation and further integration within the framework of the association.

Uzbekistan is an observer state to the EAEU.
