The Kyrgyz men’s football team will compete in Group A. In the group stage, the Kyrgyz team will face the national teams of Japan, Thailand, and Hong Kong (China). Japan, as the host country of the tournament, was placed in the group from Basket 1.

The men’s football tournament will be held from September 15 to October 3. A total of 15 national teams will participate, divided into four groups.

The Kyrgyz women’s volleyball team was drawn into Group C. Their opponents in the group stage will be the teams of Thailand, Chinese Taipei, and Mongolia.

The volleyball matches will take place from September 16 to October 3. The women’s tournament will feature 14 national teams.

The 20th Asian Games will be held in Japan from September 19 to October 4, 2026.
