The state partners for the project will include the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the office of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in Chui region, and the Bishkek City Hall.
For the construction of the road, land plots with a total area of 198 hectares are planned to be allocated. If necessary, the category of the land may be changed.
Relevant state bodies have also been instructed to conduct archaeological surveys along the proposed route and at quarry sites to determine whether any historical and cultural heritage sites are present.
The authorities must identify quarries that will supply construction materials for the road and complete other necessary approvals.
The document does not specify the project cost, length of the road, route, or toll fee amount.
The resolution will come into force in 10 days.
