The competition is open to Kyrgyz poets and writers living both in Kyrgyzstan and abroad, as well as representatives of literary and creative communities from Turkic countries. Authors of any age may participate, except for recipients of the honorary title People’s Poet of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participants from other countries will be able to compete online.

Each author may submit up to three poems. Only previously unpublished works that meet literary standards and fully reflect the competition’s theme will be accepted.

Submissions will be accepted until 6 p.m. on August 28.
