The Ministry of Economy is ready to provide the necessary support for the project within the framework of current legislation and facilitate its successful implementation.

Shao Peipei, General Director of Central Asia Energy LLC, noted that the agreement will involve $25 million in investment.

«The project plans to produce gasoline and diesel fuel of environmental classes K-5 and K-6, as well as bitumen and motor oils. We view Kyrgyzstan as a reliable partner. All production cycles will comply with Kyrgyz legislation, international standards, and ensure a high level of environmental safety. Job creation is a priority for us,» she said.

The first phase of the project is expected to be commissioned by the end of 2026.
