According to the ministry, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, and startups will be eligible for financing. Support will be provided to initiatives in the tourism, light industry, manufacturing, healthcare, education, energy, and agricultural processing sectors.

Loans will be issued on preferential terms: at a rate of 2 percent per annum, for amounts up to 20 million soms, and for terms of up to 10 years.

The grace period for principal repayment will be up to 12 months.

As the organizers noted, the program is aimed at developing entrepreneurship in the regions, creating new jobs, attracting investment, and expanding business access to financing.
