During this period, the preparation, support, and implementation of renewable energy projects will be carried out under a special temporary regulation. State agencies, local administrations, and organizations, regardless of ownership, will be required to ensure expedited review of project documents.

The Ministry of Energy, together with the Green Energy Fund, has been tasked with monitoring the implementation of the new mechanism. By April 1, 2027, the agencies have to submit proposals for improving green energy legislation to the Presidential Administration.
