Media representatives asked the former head of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) whether he knew how the video of investigative actions was leaked online and who might be responsible for its distribution. Tashiev refused to answer.

It was later announced that the scheduled court session would not take place. According to defense lawyers, one of the defendants, Emilbek Uzakbaev, was not brought to court due to health issues. He is reported to be suffering from high blood pressure, shortness of breath, and weakness.

As a result, the hearing was postponed.

Previously, videos of interrogations of several defendants, including Tashiev, appeared on social media. The spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Sultan Makilov, stated that the ministry does not know how the investigative footage ended up online.

The so-called «Case of 75» involves former SCNS chief Kamchybek Tashiev, ex-Prosecutor General Kurmankul Zulushev, former Speaker of Parliament Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, as well as Bekbolot Talgarbekov, Kursan Asanov, Aaly Karashev, Emil Uzakbaev, and Kurmanbek Dyikanbaev.

The defendants are charged with preparing a violent seizure of power, while Tashiev is additionally accused of abuse of office. The trial has been open to the public since June 15.
