During the working trip, officials inspected the project of Asyl Holding LLC for the production of dry construction mixes in Kyzyl-Kiya. The plant has a production capacity of 60–70 tons of products per day.

Agency representatives also reviewed the implementation of an investment project by Chygysh Kurulush Materialdary LLC for the construction of a brick factory in the village of Almalyk, Nookat district. A land plot of 9 hectares was allocated for the enterprise, which has been reclassified as industrial land. Total direct investment amounts to $6.5 million, financed by private investors.

The plant’s projected capacity is 20–30 million bricks per year. The main equipment has already been delivered, and installation works are underway. Construction of the brick kiln has been completed.

Following the visit, it was noted that the implementation of these projects contributes to the development of the region’s industrial potential and the creation of new jobs.

In addition, head of the National Investment Agency Ravshanbek Sabirov visited several public-private partnership (PPP) facilities in Osh.

During the trip, he inspected the construction of a new building for the Osh Regional Justice Department — a modern five-story administrative facility meeting current state and sanitary requirements. The PPP agreement was signed on March 18, 2024, for a period of 47 years, with total investments amounting to 228 million soms.

Sabirov also visited Bulak sports and wellness complex, created under a PPP project involving the construction of a modern fitness center and renovation of a swimming pool on the basis of Delfin youth sports school in the southern capital.

The project was implemented with the participation of the Osh City Hall and Dem-Al Wellness Complex LLC. The PPP agreement was signed on July 19, 2024 for a period of 25 years, with total investment of 95 million soms.

The sports and wellness complex was commissioned on October 5, 2025. The project aims to develop sports infrastructure, promote a healthy lifestyle, create conditions for physical education and sports, and improve access to sports facilities for residents of the southern capital and nearby districts.
