Over 1,000 vehicles assembled at the plant were handed over to Kyrgyzstan’s government agencies.

«At the current stage, government procurement does play a significant role in ensuring the plant’s capacity, but it is not the sole driver of development. The plant is simultaneously actively developing retail sales and focusing on increasing the affordability of vehicles for the public through preferential financial programs and expanding its dealer network,» Tulpar Motors noted.

The company also reported that the plant is gradually transitioning from large-knockdown to completely knocked-down assembly. This phase will require additional investment in technology, equipment, and the development of its production facilities.

«In this regard, the issue of scaling the project and strengthening its industrial potential is more pressing today,» the company emphasized.

At the end of last year, production volume exceeded 2 billion soms, and tax payments amounted to approximately 30 million soms.

The Tulpar Motors plant was launched in 2024. The opening of the plant was made possible by the signing of an agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and the Government of Uzbekistan on cooperation in organizing the production of automobiles and commercial vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic.
