According to the Institute, the tremors were recorded on June 8 at 10:55 p.m.

The earthquake’s epicenter was located in the area of Kyungey Ala-Too ridge, 35 kilometers northwest of the village of Kozhoyar and 49 kilometers northwest of the village of Ananyevo.

The tremors measured approximately magnitude 3 in the villages of Ak-Bulun, Ak-Bulak, Balbay, Shaty, Ichke-Suu, Kurmenty, Korumdu, and Taldy-Suu.
