«To keep up with the times, new equipment was purchased. We call it an ultrasonic beam. With the help of these new devices, we can completely see through a wall — where there is reinforcement and where there is none,» the deputy minister explained.

He noted that during 2024–2025 specialists inspected 1,100 facilities and identified 59 buildings whose technical condition did not meet established standards. In addition, after the magnitude 4.5 earthquake that hit Bishkek in January 2024, 67 buildings were inspected, and no damage or defects were found.
