According to the state committee, the document aims to strengthen cooperation between the two departmental educational institutions and develop joint activities in a number of strategically important areas.

Particular attention will be paid to training highly qualified specialists in defense and security, improving the professional qualifications of the academic and teaching staff, implementing modern educational technologies, and developing practice-oriented learning.

The cooperation also includes practical training and internships for students, training sessions, field trips, and the use of specialized educational facilities.

Priority areas include developing military-applied and specialized physical training, implementing scientifically based teaching methods, and holding sports and military-patriotic events.

The agreements reached will contribute to strengthening ties between educational institutions aimed at improving the quality of specialist training and instilling in young people a spirit of patriotism, responsibility, and professionalism.
