According to the resolution, apartment buildings are planned to be built on the site.

The Kant Town Hall has been instructed to amend land documentation and ensure that the territory is used strictly for its intended purpose. Authorities also required developers to comply with construction, environmental, sanitary, and seismic safety standards.

The document further provides for the mandatory installation of rainwater and meltwater drainage systems, monitoring of hazardous natural processes, and compliance with civil protection and environmental regulations.

It is separately stated that if historical or cultural heritage sites are discovered on the land plot, construction work must be conducted under archaeological supervision.

The resolution will enter into force in ten days after its official publication.
