According to the investigation, the accused, while holding the position of specialist in the second department of the land management department of the State Institution "Registration of Real Estate" in the city of Dushanbe, committed a deliberate crime during his employment.

It was established that in October 2025, citizen L.S.S. approached him regarding the preparation of documents for a land case and the receipt of a state registration certificate for a private plot of land. Taking advantage of the situation and knowing that official state payments for this matter amounted to approximately 1,000 somoni, the official illegally demanded 20,000 somoni for these actions.

The investigation notes that the specified amount was received in parts and spent on personal needs.

A criminal case has been opened against Najmudinzoda D.A. under Part 1 of Article 324 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Following the completion of the preliminary investigation, the materials have been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
