Users can now access electronic records of all registered routine and other vaccinations, rather than only COVID-19 vaccinations as was previously the case.

The certificate is generated automatically based on data from the Ministry of Health’s information systems. It contains key vaccination details, including the vaccine name, dose, vaccination date, batch number and manufacturer, as well as the certificate holder’s personal information and photograph.

The document is available in Kyrgyz, Russian and English, and its authenticity can be verified using a QR code.

For children under 18, the certificate is available to parents directly through their Tunduk mobile app.

The new feature allows users to confirm their vaccination status without visiting a medical facility to obtain a paper certificate. The certificate can be saved on a phone, sent electronically or printed at any convenient time.

The Kyrgyz Republic’s Vaccination Schedule is also available alongside the certificate, allowing users to compare their vaccination records with the vaccinations recommended for their age.

If a previous vaccination is missing from the certificate, users should contact the clinic where the vaccination was administered so that the relevant information can be entered into the information system.

The expanded service is part of ongoing efforts to digitalize public healthcare services and make medical documents and supporting records faster, more convenient and more accessible to citizens.

The expanded «Vaccination Certificate» service was implemented by the Ministry of Health together with Tunduk OJSC, with technical support from the World Health Organization.
