The restrictions will be in effect from August 27 to September 10. During this period, flights by general aviation aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles will be prohibited without special permission.

The measures are related to the SCO summit and the VI World Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan. The restrictions are being introduced to ensure the security of the international events.

The SCO Summit of Heads of State will be held in Bishkek from August 31 to September 1.

The VI World Nomad Games will take place from August 31 to September 6. The opening ceremony is scheduled for August 31 at Bishkek Arena. The main sporting competitions and cultural events will be held in Issyk-Kul region.
