Registration will be carried out through the Azhylyk app. Applicants will need an electronic identification card (eID) or an ID card, as well as an initial payment of 180,000 soms. Payments will be accepted via an electronic wallet.

For women, having a mahram remains a mandatory requirement.

After registration, pilgrims will need to upload and provide a number of documents, including:

an international passport valid until at least January 1, 2028;

a medical certificate, form No. 086u;

certificates from a psychiatrist and narcologist.

If required, applicants will need to provide four 3×4 cm photographs. Women are prohibited from wearing a white or black headscarf in their photos, while men must not wear a white shirt or white head covering.

Applicants will also need a cloud-based electronic signature through Tunduk to consent to the processing of personal data, as well as provide their clothing size and personal phone number.

Pilgrims must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

Women will need to upload documents confirming that they have a mahram.

The muftiyat warned that registration will only be open during the designated period. If Kyrgyzstan’s allocated quota is filled earlier, the system will automatically stop accepting payments.

In addition, if Saudi Arabia or the Nusuk Masar platform imposes additional fees on people who have previously performed Hajj, pilgrims will have to cover these expenses themselves.
