The projects are being implemented jointly with the UN World Food Program and include food aid, as well as payments for participation in community service and training.

A total of 3,643 low-income families (18,285 people) participated in the programs. They received over 1,151 tons of food products, including flour and vegetable oil. In addition, the Ministry of Labor implemented 36 emergency support projects for the most vulnerable groups in certain cities across the country. Under the «Cash for Community Service (Training)» program, 1,320 families (4,782 people) received assistance.

The total amount of payments under these projects reached over 19 million soms.

The ministry noted that the programs are aimed not only at assisting families in difficult life situations but also at developing public infrastructure, training in new skills, and creating opportunities for increasing citizens’ incomes.
