Authorities have established facts indicating that M.K. allegedly lobbied in the interests of private companies supplying coal to the HPP as part of annual preparations for the heating season.

As a result of these alleged unlawful actions, significant damage has reportedly been caused to the power plant’s technical equipment, as well as to the environmental conditions in Bishkek.
