Eco Operator state enterprise under the Ministry of Natural Resources continues to improve the extended producer responsibility system, develops interdepartmental cooperation with government agencies, and is participating in the creation of an automated information system in collaboration with Tunduk JSC.

Work is underway to create a register of companies sorting, processing, and recycling waste. Currently, the register includes approximately 130 organizations, and contacts have been established with 63 companies, including 17 licensed processors.

The work of Eco Operator is aimed at developing a modern waste management system, improving environmental safety and supporting waste recycling projects in the Kyrgyz Republic.
