Investors were offered plots for the construction of hotels of various categories, apartments, restaurants, and other tourist and utility infrastructure.

Ala-Too Resort believes that the auction will attract additional investment in the resort’s development and create new tourism facilities.

Construction of basic infrastructure continues. Work is currently underway on water supply and wastewater disposal systems, treatment facilities, and the development of energy infrastructure and cable ways.

Two cable ways, with a total length of over 4 kilometers, are ready for operation. Construction of four more cable ways has begun, and designing of the first ski tracks is ongoing. The opening of the first stage of the Ala-Too Resort is scheduled for December 2026.
