A tripartite agreement has been signed today, May 22, to implement the public-private partnership project «Construction of an innovative, international-class hotel complex, Relax-Inn, in Karakol.» The parties to the agreement are the National Investment Agency, the state-owned enterprise Issyk-Kul United Management Company, and Kedra LLC.
